General information, terms and delivery
Prices:
All our prices are in EURO's without VAT. Note that although we have
taken great care in making the on-line catalogues, it may be that there
is an error in the prices. No rights can be claimed from the prices
shown.
If your order contains such an error, we will contact you first,
before processing the order.
Ordering
You can order on-line on this website. But it is by no means
the only way. You can also order..

Please give us your ordernumer and your VAT number (if you have one).
Without your VAT number, we will have to charge you the Dutch VAT (19%)
if you reside within the E.U.!.
Payment:
When you receive your order, we will also send you an invoice which
you will have to pay within 30 days. For late payments we charge 1% per
month or part of a month over the total amount.
Note that we can only give this credit to institutions like
hospitals, companies and universities. Private persons will be asked to
pay in advance.
We also accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard), but will charge 2%
extra handling fee for this payment option. We can not accept credit
cards for orders under EUR 150,-. However, you can also pay through PAYPAL.
They also accept credit cards. Registration with PAYPAL is free and

Delivery times:
Many items are on stock and can be shipped immediately. Otherwise delivery times are normally between 2-4 weeks. If you need your order
before a specific date, please state so with your order. We will contact
you if we believe this to be a problem.
Delivery:
Normally your order will be delivered by a parcel service. We use
different ones, like GLS, mail and UPS.. If you have special wishes in this regard, we can
accommodate you, but will have to charge you for the extra costs.
Shipping charges are EUR 8,- for Benelux countries and Germany and
EUR 16,- for the rest of the European Union, and EUR 24,- for the rest
of the world (by mail). This standard fee applies for parcels up to 5
Kg.
Quotation:
Should you need a quotation before your purchase, we will be happy to
send you one. An email with your wishes to supplies@medcat.nl
suffices.
If you need a lot, either at once or spread out over the year, and
you can commit for that amount, then we can probably offer you better
conditions. Also, if you tell us when you need it, we will make sure it
arrives right on time.
Warranty:
Should our products not reach you in perfect condition, then we will
be happy to replace it. Since we sell disposables, we can not accept any
claims that are not done within one week of the reception of the goods.
Revoking orders:
If you order with us, you obligate yourself to receive the goods and
pay for them. Should you wish to cancel an order, then we will have to
charge you 25% of the total amount, with a minimum of EUR 12,50, unless
you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
